The loyalty program, powered by TravelLine products, offers three levels of discounts for regular guests.

These discounts can be used when booking through the booking module on the websites of four hotels in the Kaliningrad region.

The loyalty program operates on a "nights" accumulation system. Any guest who registers on the official website through the booking module can participate.

After confirming their registration, a personal account will be available, which will display the base-level discount and the number of "nights" the guest needs to accumulate to reach the next level.

In the personal account, guests can manage their reservations (modify, cancel, and create new reservations).

Additional Loyalty program terms:

Registered users receive "nights" 5 days after check-out;
Accumulated nights are cancelled after 3 years;
The loyalty program card type is virtual.
