ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIVE MEASURES ARE BEING INTRODUCED FOR THE NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS
The decree of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region comes into force on Thursday, December 24.
From December 25 to January 10, it is prohibited to hold New Year's celebrations in educational organizations, cultural institutions, sports, entertainment centers, art spaces, museums, galleries, shopping centers, swimming pools, baths (saunas), photo studios, with the exception of kindergartens, which must comply with previously developed requirements. This restriction also applies to street concerts and festivals.
Holidays are set for the period from December 28 to January 17. At the same time, additional education, colleges and universities conduct work in a remote form. Kindergartens continue to operate normally. Fitness centers and sports clubs will not be able to conduct group training, and the restrictions do not apply to independent classes of clients of such organizations.
Solemn registration of marriages is prohibited until January 17. Until January 31, the restriction on holding banquets, weddings, corporate events, including at workplaces, is extended.
Since December 25, the activities of public catering establishments located in shopping centers and not having a separate entrance are prohibited. Until January 15, restrictions on the activities of food courts and street food outlets continue to apply.
It is prohibited to serve visitors to public catering establishments from 00: 00 on December 31, 2020 to 00: 00 on January 3, 2021. During the period from 25 to 30 December, the catering service is allowed from 6 to 19 hours, from 3 to 10 January - from 6 to 21 hours. At the same time, it is possible to provide take-away service, home delivery, and hotel rooms. In addition, the restriction does not apply to catering establishments at hotels and other accommodation facilities for serving their guests according to the schedule: breakfast - from 07: 00 to 10: 00, lunch-from 12: 00 to 15: 00, dinner-from 17: 00 to 20: 00
Movie theaters are allowed to operate at a maximum load of 50%.
The self-isolation regime for citizens over 65 years of age and people with chronic diseases has been extended until January 25.
Until January 10, the provision of state and municipal services in the premises of the MFC continues by appointment, until January 15, legal and notary services will be provided in the same mode.
From December 28 to January 10, the activity of shopping centers and complexes is restricted in terms of serving visitors under the age of 14 without accompanying parents (adult relatives, guardians).
From December 25 to January 10, it is prohibited to conduct excursions for a group of more than 10 people in museums, exhibitions, tourist walks, bus sightseeing routes.
